New Apartment in Olympic Park with Pool and Gym

If you want to stay in a place that has no hassles, do not stay here. Negative: Property had bare basics. Pillows were terrible though, stacked 3 on top of each other and it still didn’t give enough support. No quilt cover was on the quilt either, just two flat sheets folded around it. I’ve never seen a more bizzare set up. Title mentions pool and gym without any info added to it. Gym was only open 7am-9pm which didn’t help me as I had to leave at 7am. Unsure how we were meant to get to the pool that we could see from our balcony, at another building. The host was terrible with communication and we didn’t know how to receive our keys and didn’t get into the room until 5 pm. They have set up some automated system through AI which is terrible. I’m now trying to receive a tax receipt and they are not responding to my messages or emails or from Booking.com.

Will definitely stay again next year. Positive: Loved staying at this apartment, it had everything needed and location was in walking distance to entire Olympic park and had supermarket just around the corner.

Poor quality Positive: Location was good for our needs near the Olympic park Negative: Furniture was of really cheap quality. Bed was broken and uncomfortable. Had to pick up key from a supermarket who wasn't the owner and who had no idea when we complained about the bed. They tried to charge us for the bed afterwards. I should have looked at reviews before I booked.

Beautiful, well-kept apartment with designer furnishings and fixtures. Excellent value for money. Negative: my only complaint were the pillows on the bed were too soft!
