New Apartment in Olympic Park with Pool and Gym

Disappointing for the price, terrible communiction from host Negative: What little crockery this place had, could not be found until the 2nd day of the stay: when it was discovered in the dishwasher (very smelly & unclean). Eating breakfast cereal from a pot the first 2x days. (host promised to bring more bowls but never did)

Perfect apartment Positive: Perfect size for 2 people. Nice size kitchen and laundry. In a friendly and very safe feeling location. Easy walking distance for food and transport. Highly recommended Negative: Nothing bad to say.

If you want to stay in a place that has no hassles, do not stay here. Negative: Property had bare basics. Pillows were terrible though, stacked 3 on top of each other and it still didn’t give enough support. No quilt cover was on the quilt either, just two flat sheets folded around it. I’ve never seen a more bizzare set up. Title mentions pool and gym without any info added to it. Gym was only open 7am-9pm which didn’t help me as I had to leave at 7am. Unsure how we were meant to get to the pool that we could see from our balcony, at another building. The host was terrible with communication and we didn’t know how to receive our keys and didn’t get into the room until 5 pm. They have set up some automated system through AI which is terrible. I’m now trying to receive a tax receipt and they are not responding to my messages or emails or from Booking.com.
